Telkom Mobile is *****ing My Airtime

Everytime I load airtime on my Telkom mobile sim it just disappears. Where does it go? I have data bundles and I have free minutes for calls, so what is using my airtime? I can't load airtime because it just disappears, everytime. Telkom customer care is non-existent these days so this is the only way I can attempt to gain some parity. Where is my airtime Telkom? Why do you insist on *****ing my money????
