Telkom Mobile is rude and dont keep rekords.

My cell phone card was giving me problems. I went to the store this morning and this rude lady phoned the 8ta queries and everytime i spoke to her she said huh as i am hard of hearing and very sick with the flu. They told us that i owe R1700 which i paid 2 years ago, Through an Fnb account. I don't understand they never sent me a statement or account or anything as i was up to date. Now they are saying i still owe money and they will keep blocking all my pay as u go Sim cards. I want to see their statements and bank statements to state that i never paid they must prove it. Someone here in telkom mobile probably took the money and disappeared. I have never ever had such a bad experience like this morning.
