Telkom mobile is refusing to give me a copy of my contract

I called Telkom mobile on 081 180 to request for a copy of my contract. They were unable to help me and then referred me to their contract department on 081 182.The contract department told me that they are not in a position to assist me and then referred me to the sales department (10213). The sales department referred me back to the contract department who told who referred me back to the sales department. In the end I was not assisted, they kept sending me from pillar to post. I need the copy of the contract to apply for data allowance at work. The service at Telkom is so horrible and I would never encourage anyone to join Telkom.
