Telkom mobile is no way interested that i should continue with my contract

I am telkom contract client since more than 4 years and I have requested that I would like to continue with my contract even after it expires, But telkom mobile moved me to prepaid. Which clearly shows that you dont want me to be as as your contract customer. I think I must port to another network. Thank you telkom mobile.
