Telkom Mobile is Horrible

<p>My case No ********** 3</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I have been with Telkom for way more tham 2 years and I have been delaying my upgrade and they kept calling to upgrade me of which I finally agreed to and that was my worst mistake ever</p> <p>The consultant that assistant me gave me wrong advise and misinformation which I discovered just after agreeing to the upgrade.</p> <p>I tried calling Telkom tonly to find out they sold my name to a company called Sells Direct and they refused to help me saying I must Deal with Sells Direct.</p> <p>I tried for days with no help only to get a gentleman called Ruan or something at Sells Direct who told me we wasting each others time as I wont be assisted by them but must try Telkom.</p> <p>I logged a case with Telkom and nothing have been done and I have been spendi hours on the phone repeating the same thing everyday with different consultant who really dont know how to help.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I now just want to cancell everything as I fear this will be a long journey with them I might as well try Cell C</p> <p>Ill advice everyone to stay away from Telkom unless you happy with headaches</p>
