Telkom mobile is crab

I cancelled my contract on July but since then they've been debit my account I've been to mall of African and festival mall in Kempton park I was told that they will sort it out I've called the customer service several times the are *********** 1st they cancelled a wrong contract that doesn't belong to me i went to the branch I was told that they will sort it out I've checked my ITC I've been listed I'm fed up with telkom
