Telkom mobile is bullying me.

Telkom mobile decided to punish me for reversing a debit order which they were not debiting for 40 plus months with no reason and I was paying via EFT because I couldnt get them to do what we agreed about. All of a sudden they debit and in this world of ****s I decided to reverse it and continue with my EFT now they say I owe them extra R202. When I try to register my complain I speak to a chatbox which told me that I breached the debit order contract. So the breaching goes one way as they were breaching it for the last 42 months nobody punished them after I have made peace with the fact that I must just do EFT for peace sake then they debit and when I reverse thinking I am being ****med I get to be punished. How can I remember a debit orde which has never debited my account for 40 months. I feel bul**** by this guys especially with the fact that I cant get a human interaction who will at least lie to me and promise nothing.
