Telkom Mobile is a *****!

I purchased 250 MB "all net data" from Telkom Mobile on their Mo'nice promotion. Instead of data I received 250 Telkom mobile minutes. I called their call centre within minutes of making the purchase, they sent me some internet settings and said the data would work but still didn't. I called the 2nd time and they sent me internet settings again. When I check my balance the data does not appear at all, the only thing that shows were the Telkom mobile voice minutes. The following day I sent a message on their Facebook account stating my query and requesting assistance that they either credit back my R10.60 airtime or they give me the data I purchased. I got a response that the data or airtime could not be credited as I did the purchase manually and I am the one who made a mistake.

Now, number 1: The Mo'nice promotion does not have a 250 telkom mobile minutes offer. 2: I selected data offers and NOT voice offer. Even if I had made a mistake and selected voice offers, THEY DO NOT HAVE A 250 TELKOM MOBILE VOICE OFFER.

Yes, R10.60 is a lot of money for me. Yes, 250 MB of data makes a difference for someone who needs to be on the internet and look for a job.

Telkom Mobile is there to **** people and then tell them its their fault hoping that the poor will accept that and shut up about it. Not this time. Telkom #PayBackTheMoney
