Telkom Mobile is a ****!

This absolute BULL!! An account that is years old where stupid Telkom Mobile was still called 8.ta did not close an account which has now popped up on my Credit Profile and throwing my entire rating out. So when you call this pathetic excuse of Service Provider the consultant says my account has been handed over in 2015! Without my knowledge the debt collectors are called MBOCOL Debt Collectors and to my surprise there is absolutely no info as to who this fly-by night company is who has my account to sort this **** out. I NEED THIS SORTED OUT ASAP!! Because this damn account was a 24m contract which was completed and they told me the account is non-upgradable so hence the account will be automatically cancelled when the contract is up. Telkom Mobile's account division is the pits! PATHETIC!!
