Telkom mobile is a ripoff continued

I reported the bad service that I received and was promised feedback via email from Didi, strangely no surname,within 72 hours.Today is exactly 6 days now.No feedback,not even a phonecall or email.Rep**** to the email and even called the call centre many times everyday as the only contact number is 081180.get told that they dont deal with Hello Peter complaints.Emails are sent from a generic email address,so I dont even know whose dealing with my complaint.Has the circus arrived early in town this year???
