Telkom mobile is a *******

I've been using telkom mobile for quite some time now and I've been happy with it to a point of recommending it to family and friends. On the 12th of October I bought 500mb and to my surprise my bundles were depleted the very next day. Today I bought 500mb again , the time was a little after 11 am and at 12:42 I get an sms saying I'm only left with 88 mb. It's not even 2hrs after I recharged. I know i used the data but for it to go just like that is ridiculous. I haven't changed the way I use my data but something definitely changed. I called the call center and was assisted by a nomsa who did not help me at all but told me everything I already knew and was calling about. Asked to speak to a team leader, she placed me on hold for almost ten minutes only to come back to tell me that her team leader is busy. This is day light *******, I thought telkom mobile was better than the rest and I was willing to overlook the fact that they don't have coverage in some places but this is ludicrous. They need to reimburse me.
