Telkom Mobile is a JOKE

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! 😡 I've been a loyal Telkom customer for 4 years, and the service has been ABYSMAL. Network issues, disconnections, the whole nine yards. Last week, I finally had enough and cancelled my contract, only to be told by a rep that I wouldn't have to pay a penalty fee since they're clearly not delivering what I'm paying for. AND NOW, THIS MORNING, MY INTERNET IS DOWN AGAIN?! 🤯

I've been using carry-over data from last month, but FORGET ABOUT PAYING FOR JANUARY. I'm not shelling out for a service that doesn't work. Telkom Mobile is a JOKE, and I'd advise anyone considering signing up to RUN A MILE. I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ASAP, and I mean NOW
