Telkom Mobile is a horrible service provider.

To NO AVAIL, I have tried a number of times since the beginning of the year to cancel my cellphone contract with Telkom but guess what? I can't. Now, setting up the actual contract was a walk in the park, I was able to get assistance in store. But, for some weird reason, I cannot walk into the SAME STORE to cancel said contract. I don't know in what world that makes sense. Instead, I'm advised to call their very pathetic call centre which I have religiously done since JANUARY 2025. None of their consultants have the decency to assist with the cancellation. Your service or lack thereof is incredibly pathetic, and to say I'm disappointed in an understatement. I certainly don't appreciate the way your business handles the cancellation of contracts. Why is it so easy to open a contract yet brain surgery to cancel.? One this is for sure, this contract WILL BE CANCELLED. I have kept to my end of the deal by commiting to the monthly payments for the duration of the contract. CANCEL IT NOW.
