Telkom mobile is a curse to deal with

<p>Only joined telkom mobile in September 2016 after my employer changed service provider. I had no problems with vodacom for 20 years. </p> <p>Sent in my samsung S7 edge still under warranty for glass repairs and they say warranty has lapsed and the repair will cost just over R6000. Apart from this amount their service is pathetic. </p> <p> They comnunicate by sms and i cant get through to the store to engage them on this silly response. I would have appreciay</p> <p> </p>
