Telkom Mobile Internet Disaster
<p>Modem still suspended after payments was made. Payments go off on monthly basis without the benefit of using the internet data because of this suspension. After numerous attempts of calling customer services I only get promises that it will be unsuspended. Employees of Telkom confirmed that everything is up to date and looking ok on their side and keep promising that it will be unsuspended and yet still suspended for several months now.</p>
