Telkom Mobile Insurance Partner a nightmare(Finrite Administrators)

I have a cell phone contract with Telkom Mobile. Upon purchasing the phone, they provided information with regards to insuring the device. They introduced me to Finrite Administrators. The insurance company is a nightmare to work with. So basically Telkom does not care about the company they partner with, if they can allow customers to be insured by such a company. That has no regard or respect for customers. Basically Telkom only cares about making money also. This company gives Telkom a bad reputation, something needs to be done, honestly.
