Telkom Mobile Insurance_OMART

I believe the minute you decided to switch insurers, you sold us all as your clients to the devil. I submitted a claim in May 2025 and this is early May, till to date I have not had a proper answer as to what the hell is going on with my claim, it is past July now and there's just no way forward. I want my iPhone 11 back or my money back because I finished paying for that contract, the only thing that get deducted from my account is the same insurance that is dragging their feet to pay for my phone.

I have been a loyal user of your network but this is just too damn much. Please fix this.
