Telkom Mobile Insurance is up to nonsense

lady working at that deparment said insurance needs to be activated instore, we went back to the store and we were told no we need to call to get it activated, this is outrageous, we want our insurance sorted,they dont have any manners when talking to you and is not helpfull at all
