TELKOM MOBILE INSURANCE is the WORST!!!!

The WORST!!! This has been such a horrible experience!!! With close to a month of following up on email with admin plus/admin. I have called the call center numerous times with no success. I even requested a manager callback and haven't received a call to this day! My phone was ****** in November, sent my documents on the 1st of December and it has been a nightmare ever since!!! OMG. Their social media consultants horrible!!!! I would not recommend taking up telkom mobile insurance!!!
