Telkom mobile Insurance is a waste of money.

Its 10 months now since I have sent my A73 cell phone for network repairs at Telkom Springs Mall and to this day i still don't have my phone. in the 10 months i had to send it back to the store more than 5 times because the network issue is not sorted. On top of that i took another contract with them because i didn't have a phone. On Monday 10th I called the insure and asked about my cell phone and I was told don't have it with them because it was sent to the store and i collected it in December, of which that phone was not even fixed even during that December 2024. I am unhappy and want my phone back, I'll get Nigerians to fix it.
