Telkom mobile insurance ****

Can someone advice where to report Telkom for actively taking money for insurance from me for years and failing to fulfill their part when I made a claim? Im just an ordinary person and that is why telkom is taking me for a ride. In whatever you do. Please avoid taking mobile insurance from telkom.
