Telkom Mobile _ Incorrect voicemail allocations

An incorrect number has been allocated to my voicemail and after Several calls and attempt to reach Telkom, I am being redirected to a whatsapp chatbot then to a webpage with no relevant information. It’s out of control and disappointing.
