Telkom Mobile *********** accounts department

<p>Again after making payment my Telkom mobile service has been "paused".</p> <p>Why do we pay our accounts when our records are not being updated!</p> <p> </p> <p>Then the accounts department leaves at 5pm yet the stop your service at 6pm.</p> <p>No one to resolve your issue yet they can see you made a payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Does any idiot there do their jobs?</p> <p>Why suspend my account when its only due on the 1st of every month and we make payments more than what should be made in advance on the 25th?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
