Telkom mobile incompetency in blacklisting a ****** phone

If it is not enough that Telkom backlisted me for debt owed for internet after I canceled 6 months ago and I am not even living at that address anymore, I am not stuck on hold for a hour just to block my ****** phone. I need a copy of my contract for my insurance to indicate my device, but the consultant just stated that I need to go to a Telkom store for this paper. According to her I also need to go to the store for my blacklisting reference number. Really guys??? It is 2018 and I need to standing a Telkom queue for half a day to get this sorted?? I can't claim my phone from the insurance until I have all the papers and without a refernce number and proof of contract I will be stuck - for how long?? I have just been put on hold for the fourth time. I.Am.Done. I am just done with this *********** service.
