Telkom Mobile incompetency at its best

I have cancelled my data contract in May and they deducted money End of June Yet my contract has ended . The sim wasn’t loaded with data either. I went to the branch and no one could assist, I called the call center which its a mission to get your call answered. Eventually i managed to log a call and agent told them i will be assisted within 72 hours . This was on the 8th July. Till date now thing from Telkom, my money hasn’t been refunded.

i am still waiting on this but nothing , i contact the call center but still no help. i get promised to be called back but nothing. i also tried to reach out on twitter nothing
