Telkom Mobile - Impossible to deal with

<p>My husband and I have a contract with Telkom mobile. They've provided shocking service througout the contract period and we are now wanting to cancel the contract and move on. </p> <p> </p> <p>We phoned, the told us to go in store.</p> <p>We went in store, they told us to phone.</p> <p>We phoned again, they gave us an email address for cancellations as aparently they "don't take calls" (Sounds to me like they are trying to force people to stay in the contract by not giving them a way out).</p> <p>I emailed and they said they will contact me in 21 business days - This is absolutely ridiculous! Which company does not offer a phone number or in-store assistance for a contract cancellation? </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
