Telkom Mobile Impossible to contact

<p>I have been trying to take out a telkom mobile contract. Each time that we have visited a Telkom Mobile store, they dont have stock of the phone we want. No one offers to call us back when the phones arrives. They tell us to call them in a few days to ask. I tried calling every single telkom mobile store in JHB. Only 3 of their telephones even ring and of the 3, no one ever answers. Am I expected to go into a Telkom Mobile store everytime I have a query. I then tried applying for the contract online, still no luck, its been 5 days and no one has contacted me back.</p> <p>@Telkom please advise me on how I should proceed, I cannot believe how hard it is to get in touch with Telkom???</p>
