Telkom Mobile Imcompetent

How is Telkom for ****ing useless Service delivery and customer care. My mother ordered a phone 12.06.2018 was told the phone would be delivered within 5 days. 9 days later her account was debited and the phone (16 days later) remains undelivered. 10213 says they are busy undergoing an upgrade and cannot follow up on the order, that is when you can actually get through. Can an upgrade really take 4 days???!!! 081128 either cuts you off before you get through or the number is engaged. No reply from online complaint sent and their online chat can't help with sales orders. Is there anyone out there experiencing the same appalling service from Telkom?
