Telkom Mobile Huawei MediaPad
<p>Telkom Mobile have been billing me for a Huawei MediaPad since the 1st July 2016 that I didn't order. Been struggling with them for months to come and collect the device. I will log a complaint at the ombudsman today.</p>
It's now a month after my initial post and 5 months after I asked Telkom to take back the tablet that I didn't order but have to pay each month.
The sales team at telkom is so patchetic I can't believe it is so difficult to send a driver and collect your tablet.
I won't recommend Telkom to any of my friends and are going to cancel my actual contract with them as well.
