Telkom Mobile hopeless service

I've upgraded my mobile contract with Telkom on the 21st of January 2019 TELKOM messed up my RICA address on the courier company's weighbill document hence I did not receive my phone. The delivery address was correct but the RICA address was incorrect, the courier company did not even come to me at all, they just sent the device back to Telkom and I got no response since then.

I called Telkom thereafter on 5 consecutive days, each person told me all they can do is escalate the matter...

Telkom service is hopeless! Pathetic for such a well known network. Will never recommend anyone to them!
