Telkom mobile headoffice

<p>Did a telkom mobile upgrade(29th Jan 17) at istore pavilion due to telkom not having stock of the phone I wanted. Everything is approved and istore requires two documents from telkom to complete the order. In which we've(sales agent at istore and myself ) been trying to get from Telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>28 phone calls have been made to telkom mobile HQ but no one picks up the call , this number was taken from the Telkom site. </p> <p> </p> <p>My sales agent has sent countless amount of emails to Telkoms HQ and still awaiting documents. </p> <p> </p> <p>Also have messaged telkom via their Facebook page in which I'm always told further assistance has been requested and they are conducting an investigation. </p> <p> </p> <p>Telkoms service with my first contract was nothing but perfect however now I'm getting ****ed off with telkoms poor service </p>
