Telkom Mobile Have No Idea What Service Is

I have requested a statement/invoices for period 1 Mar 2018 - 28 Feb 2019 on their website that says i will get a response within 48 hours and that was 11 days ago. I have also called the call centre 4 times and been on hold for about 1 hour 40 minutes being promised this would be emailed to me and yet again i am still waiting. Telkom Mobile's service is non existence. How hard can it be to send this????
