Telkom Mobile has no stock

My husband and I app**** for a tablet at the Telkom Mobile store in Sandton City in December. Our application was approved, and we were advised that they do not have stock but we can get the same deal at the apple store. Alternatively, if another Telkom Mobile store has stock, we can finalise the deal there. <br> <br> Firstly,Apple does not offer the same Telkom deal. Secondly, we went to another three Telkom mobile stores and none of them have stock. I understand that stock is an issue, my problem is that not one of the Telkom stores can manage expectations and advise when they will receive stock or have the courtesy of calling you to tell you what's going on.<br> <br> It is now a month later after submitting the application for the deal. I called Telkom mobile today, and they still cannot confirm when they will receive stock. We are existing Telkom Mobile customers and were so impressed with Telkom mobile that we encouraged our extended family get Telkom mobile contracts. I regret this now as their service has been absolutely shocking. They might have competitive pricing, but the poor service will negate any attractive offer they have.
