Telkom mobile harassment

Telkom Mobile Despite opting out and answering numerous calls CLEARLY asking them not to call me about renewing my contract, I still get daily calls. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN UPGRADING. How many more times must I tell you/opt out /ask to speak to senior management?!!!!
