Telkom Mobile Harassment

5 phone calls yesterday, and 2 phone calls today from Telkom trying to sell me packages, promotions, extra lines, etc. The harassment is endless. After 6 odd years with Telkom, as a loyal paying customer, you would think that this would stop. Repeated requests to be removed from the list, stop calling, etc just falls on deaf ears. Removing consent verbally forms part of the POPI Act so it is essentially ******* what is going on. Stop harassing your clients Telkom, you are going to lose them all!!!
