Telkom Mobile Greenstone

Telkom Mobile in greenstone! I was approved for a contract a week ago, they didn have stock of the phone, so i was told it would be here in the week, I went in on wednesday still no stock. went past on Friday, still no stock. The guy that helped me was not there so Nobody else can tell me when it will arrive what the delay is, no manager in sight and they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES!!!! Seriously would love to know how this store operates. Whats the use of a contract when i can not do anything with it? yet i will be billed for it!!!! ANNOYING!!!
