Telkom Mobile Greenstone

Telkom Mobile Greenstone mall has the worst service ever. I went to upgrade my data contact (09/02/18) after getting a call from Telkom stating I am able to. Went to Greenstone and was told the Feb big deal is not available to exsisting clients. I need to sign a new contract. Read all the big deal Ts and Cs and no where does it state that. I left the store annoyed as Telkom sales during the call stated I could do it. I drove to Telkom Festival mall and within 30 minutes my contract was upgraded to the Feb big deal. Telkom greenstone need to train their staff as they seem disinterested and unhelpful to clients. If that is how they treat exsisting clients, I am surprised they manage to sell to new clients. I will not ever return to their stores in Greenstone.
