Telkom mobile Galaxy S6 only get Edge connection...

I have had my Samsung Galaxy S6 since last year, there was no problems except that I never got to experience LTE internet. I went to replace my SIM with an LTE SIM but was told that all Telkom Mobile SIM's are LTE enabled through the correct devices. (Which my S6 is enabled). - Telkom shop in Key West, Mogale City This did not help much as I still did not get LTE connection... I did not go any further as I did not have time at that point. At a point I realized that even though I am using data, my data bundle does not deplete, I tested this with a large download twice over two months and realized there is something wrong. Then I called Telkom Mobile help desk. After a discussion with the help desk, I was told there is nothing wrong with my phone or SIM and the area I am in does have LTE coverage. (After some arguing from the agent...) But this did not make a difference because I still did not get LTE connection... The issue was sent forward and something was done because then my data bundle started depleting. Problem was, I was still not getting LTE speeds, in fact I never even get 3G (except sometimes if I'm roaming on MTN). I am always stuck on "H" or "E"... This was not such a big problem as everything on my phone worked. Then, a couple of day's ago I realized there is another problem: FaceBook images wont load... Voice, picture and video messages would not download on Whatsapp... Surfing the internet is almost impossible as the speed is so slow... After checking everything out, I realized I am only getting connected on "E" Telkom is not fixing my issues and not getting back to me, I am paying a good amount of money for my contract to have an LTE device and not getting the service... Even my old an S4 mini (on MTN) is faster than Telkom... I do not have a device to test the SIM in so not sure weather it is SIM or Phone, regardless I got both from Telkom on contract! This issue is really a problem as I use my phone to tether my laptop to work from home and I can hardly download e-mails.
