Telkom Mobile frustrating service

The service at Telkom Mobile is very frustrating, they putting up a promotions but when you go in store for that promotion they tell you that they do not have the device or promotion. To top it off, their consultants cannot even give you an estimation of when and where the device will be available.

I went to Telkom Mobile Jabulani mall and they told me that they didn't have the device I was looking for, I further requested them to check for me if I would find it at Maponya mall, I was then told that they cannot check for me because stores are unable to contact each other so that meant I have to go there personally meaning I have to waste petrol for something I might not even find.

I really do not understand why they keep advertising something that they do not have and why they do not communicate with their store consultants and tell them that they are out of stock so when a customer comes they can give them the correct and accurate information instead of inconveniencing the customer and telling them to check elsewhere only to be disappointed.
