Telkom Mobile Free Samsung Galaxy Buds+ is a ****

Telkom Mobile is currently running a ****. They have been LYING to customers (like me) that certain phones like the Samsung Galaxy A31 etc come with "free" pair of Galaxy Buds+ when we take contracts with certain Galaxy phones. These Buds+ were said to be redeemable using the proof of purchase. However this is not the case! Firstly these are Buds are not redeemable from Telkom Mobile as the company that advertised and lured customers into purchasing those Samsung Products. Secondly one has to download an Application called Samsung Members, which also information that you discover yourself as a client and not guided by Telkom. Thirdly it turns out that this promotion has been running from 15 May 2020 to 31 August 2020, with the Buds+ redemption period running from 15 May 2020 to 07 September 2020. However, Samsung has not removed the link in the Samsung Members App because they have "reached the number of the first 4000 redeeming customers. Now Telkom NEVER EVER stated this even on the Recorded Call to confirm my online order on 21 August 2020. Now all they must tell us is WHERE ARE OUR BUDS+ WHICH THEY ADVERTISED AND WERE INDICATED ON THE ORDERS THAT WE PLACED? This is a definite deal breaker if not rectified. Since I received their phone yesterday 01/09/2020, If they don't respond within the next 24 hrs, I will be using my cool-off period and return their phone and cancel the contract.
