Telkom mobile free 1GB

<p>On the 26th of July 2016 I bought a 2GB of bandwidth online .As per their sms I received earlier I was to receive a 1GB free .I am still waiting for that.On the 18th I bought 1GB and I did receive the free data bundles.After numerous cells and being given non existing email adresses I received a call on 18 August saying I did receive the free data bundles on 18July where's I was complaining about bundles I bought on 26th July.This is the red number ********** 3.I spoke to Siviwe ,spoke to Blessed.They were not even aware about their companies free bundle.How does a company advertise something employees are clueless.My number ********** 262</p>
