Telkom mobile **********

<p>A few years back I received a call from a company called Sell direct selling telkom (8ta) contracts. I was advised that I will get" airtime" and it can be used to call any network. Phone was given to my daughyer and the about a month or two after receiving the package I received a huge bill. When I called Telkom I was advised that its for calls made from the phone and the “airtime” I receive is only for calls to Telkom numbers. I then called Sell Direct and we listened the calls made to me by the consultant and it was picked up that he **** on the call and the contract was escalated to the manager to be cancelled. Now after years I get a call from lawyers called MBD saying I have an outstanding amount of +- R12000!!!!!! . I have called Telkom on 5 different occasions an nobody can help. Its been escalated from here to there REF ********** 1 and still nothing. I called Sell Direct and was advise that the contract was sent to the manager years ago and the consultant was to be held responsible for the cost of cancelling the contract. They now want a statement from Telkom and I can’t get a simple thing like that from Telkom. So this is what Telkom does. Allows fly by night companies to sell there contracts and when the people commit ***** nothing gets done about it and then they have the audacity to hand the account to lawyers without even calling me to find out why there is no payment on the account. Surely if they contracted me they would have known it was based a ***** and this contract was supposed to be cancelled!!. I WANT THIS SORTED!!!!! I will use all forms of social media regarding my case you **********!!</p>
