Telkom mobile ***** department has no service at all

Two months ago I noticed that there was a judgement on my credit profile listed for not paying my Telkom mobile contract,that I never had with Telkom.I then contacted Telkom mobile ***** centre to report that my name was used to open a contract, I spoke to a lady called Mpume, she asked me to send her my account (Bank) details,proof of residence and a copy of id, I sent and she said she will follow up and remove my name, early this month I emailed her wanting to know if there was any progress and she said I must call the call center and ask for assistance even though she already had my case, till today the negative credit score still reflects.
