Telkom Mobile is pathetic!!!!Not only was ***** committed on my husband's name-Sales Consultant-Amanda Duma who happy signed up a ********* for a contract, we had to deal with Franklin Marimuthoo this morning, who kept my husband on the phone for almost 45 minutes pretending to assist, only to tell him at the end that he cannot assist and gave him another number to call. There were no supervisors/managers on site to take the call and Franklin made sure he did everything in his power to be as unhelpful as possible and aggravate the situation further after our account was debited for a ********** contract. Telkom best you investigate this matter and cancel any contracts as we have no obligations to you and your company and investigate the kind of business your agents are bringing in. You are *****ing from innocent people and your staff think it's a joke!!!!!!!
