Telkom mobile *****!!!!

My daughter's account suspended unfairly. She paid and is only to pay her next account on the 5th of each month, but they suspended her account and want her to pay triple her amount. They were phoned and asked to rectify their problem but they will not assist and keep on lieying about helping her!!!!! They are committing *****!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!
