Telkom Mobile

I have a contract phone with telkom.I get data bundles and voice calls minutes but since from the beginning the month I cannot make calls or access the internet using my telkom contract sim card. Basically I am paying for something I don't have because I can't even phone their customer care with the same sim card it's just dead.
