telkom mobile festival mall

my name is Lindani Goodman ntenga,i app**** for a contract at telkom in festival mall in kempton on sunday and the sales consultant by the name of nombulelo told me the application was accepted ant i signed everything ,after i had signed the contract the manager by the name of tebogo approached me and told me that i was not approved afetr signing every document that proved that i was approved,i dont know whether its because im black that he underemined me or because im not fit to get a cellphone contract.

i dont understand why the sales lady would tell me its accepted then the manager says its not accepted when the contract stated that i was accepted,that manager service is filthy and i still havent decided to cancel the contract or not and i want the matter to be pursued until i get what is mine,i dont understand the criteria coz i believe the system tells u whether u qualify or not and thus the system said i qualify but tebogo tells me otherwise or is it because im young and black
