Telkom Mobile - False Advertising

Having recently ported from a previous data **** network provider (no need to mention names but starts with an M) and having converted several of my business lines including my home to Telkom - I am highly disappointed by Telkom lately after such a stellar provision of services.

On what has now been escalated several times, I have recently noticed that data thievery akin to the other network ****s in increasingly missing or incorrectly billed data usage. For instance, I have on two instances bolted 2GB worth of data for myself and staff and found it odd that data depleted at an unusual pace - to make matters worth I bolted on more data only to have it disappear. It gets worse, I realized that the promised night time data Telkom is advertising is actually ****, as several of my devices continue to date to use my Once Off Daily Data and not the apportioned night time data as advertised during the apportioned hours. Clearly this has become a clear case of false advertising and upon calling Telkom's Call Center after being taken pillar to post, I was then advised that their billing engine is being upgraded (recording which I hold in my custody) and was promised my case will be attended to. Wrong again, they then sent an sms the case had been resolved when they clearly did not even attempt to attend to it - at all!

I wonder what exactly this 'billing' upgrade is - maybe last years financial results have prompted Telkom to join the data ****s squad (again I wont name names) to boost their ailing profit but really Telkom - don't reverse the good gains you've made in the mobile space by acting like the other idiots - find different strategies than outright thievery to boost your profits and I promise you give good service you'll win this war - join the other idiots, who by the way have been at this game a lot longer than you - you will lose us as clients as competition in this space continues to stiffen. You've been doing great so far - don't muck it up!
