Telkom mobile fals advertising

I was using the internet during the "night surfer " time. The network used up all my anytime data instead of the night surfer data. I had to purchase more data to get hold of telkom. After about 1h30 chat the person kept on saying that the night surfer was free and that it is a telkom only bundle. Which doesn't make any sense as I am using telkom mobile. The he went on to say that I don't have coverage where I am so the network used vodacom and the night surfer data doesn't apply then. I asked him how am I the customer suppose to know that? When buying data it only shows 1gb+1gb for R100. It doesn't show anything about free data or only when you have full coverage. So my question is why do you buy data with night surfer if the network uses your anytime data instead???? And also I have checked the coverage map provided by telkom app showing full coverage. Now TELKOM refuses to reimburse me with my data.
