telkom mobile fails!!!!!

I app**** yesterday for a new contract on telkom agent took all my details he even told me they only have green and black in the iphone 11 64 gig i app**** for and i took the green he took me through t’s and c’s and asked if i accepted the contract and i said yes everything was approved he then told me deliveries will take up to 7 days but they will call me or sms me a order number and im still waiting as i was promised that will happen yesterday i still didn’t receive a sms i got a call this morning i answered said hello three times and the agent dropped im ****ed off for the fact that they going to deduct 980 rand this month end and he even asked me if i want insurance im really disgusted!! I have no idea what is happening i called but there is no answer I honestly regret this.
